The Importance of Sports - Part 1


Although regular physical exercises aren't such important, as nutrition, they support health, protect us against deseases, and slow down aging. Exercises are healthy for men in all ages, since every-day activities rarely can provide enough exercise for the body. Exept for these, whos profession includes intence trainings (like professional sport and ballet), each man, who want to enjoy the effect of physical exercise, must take for this special effort.

Since 1962 scientists started one of the most famous extencive researches, monotoring the health state of more than 17 thousands graduates of Harvard, who studied there from 1916 to 1950. Many results didn't cause a shok - health of smokers and people with hypertension was the worth, but the analyse of physical activities revealed interesting information.

At first glance, they didn't have anything special. Eventually, active, reasonable man usualy better nourished, and not gaining excess weight, and less smokes and drinks. All this helps him to maintain health at a higher level. But researches excluded from consideration all the positive factors, focusing only on physical exercises.
