Lift your heels!
Standing on the floor or other convenient surface, lift your heels and get down to the feet. Do this exercise 30 to 50 times in a very fast pace. Stay. Take rest. And again!

How does it work?
The lymphatic system is a sort of "cleaning system" of the body. This exercise leads to the movement of blood and lymph cleansing the blood quicker, faster, the muscles supplied oxygen.

At any opportunity. Desirable - twice a day, morning and evening for 10 minutes.
